High precision
Copper die cast hoops are manufactured using high-pressure precision die-casting technology, and the dimensional tolerance can be controlled within ±0.02mm, which is much better than the ±0.1mm of sand casting or forging products. High precision means tighter fit between parts, smoother assembly, and less post-processing and adjustment.
Good conductivity
Copper die cast hoops are made of high-purity refined copper materials, and their conductivity is stable at more than 57ms/m. Good conductivity means less resistance when current passes through, lower energy loss, and less heat, so it is particularly suitable for use as an electronic connector.
High strength
Copper die cast hoops are quickly formed under high pressure using a die-casting process, which can form a compact, pore-free organization. This greatly improves the overall strength, making its tensile strength up to 300mpa, significantly higher than the 180–220mpa of forged copper parts.

Mold preparation
Design and create the mold, preheat to 200-300°c, ensuring proper alignment for accurate casting and reduced thermal shock.
Melting and injection
Melt copper alloy at 1,085°c, and inject molten metal into a preheated mold under high pressure (10-175 mpa) for precise shaping.
Solidification and ejection
Cool the casting within the mold, solidify for 5-20 seconds, open the mold, and eject the solidified casting carefully.
Trimming and finishing
Trim excess material, grind, and polish for desired surface finish, and inspect for defects, ensuring dimensional accuracy within ±0.005 inches.
