High Strength
During the high-pressure forging process, the metal grains of aluminum forging blocks are compressed to form a dense crystal structure, so the strength is improved, the tensile strength is as high as 420 MPa, and the yield strength exceeds 360 MPa. In comparison, ordinary die-cast aluminum alloys are mostly 160-240 MPa.
Light Weight
Aluminum forging blocks are not only high in strength, but also low in density (about 2.7g/cm³), which is one-third of the density of steel materials. On the premise of ensuring structural strength, the overall weight of the equipment can be greatly reduced.
