High Strength
Forged aluminum drive hub is formed under high pressure of more than 8,000 tons. The strong pressure makes the aluminum alloy grains compacted to form a tight and solid metal structure, thereby increasing its tensile strength to 340-380MPa, which is more than 1.5 times that of ordinary cast hubs. This feature enables the hub to effectively resist impact and deformation, and improve the stability and safety of high-speed driving.
High Dimensional Accuracy
Forged aluminum drive hub is processed by CNC high-precision processing, and the dimensional tolerance can be controlled up to ±0.02mm, which is much better than the processing standard of ±0.10mm for cast products. High consistency of size can ensure the precise fit between the hub and the tire and brake system, and reduce the vibration of the vehicle during driving caused by dimensional error.
Good Heat Dissipation
The thermal conductivity of forged aluminum is as high as 130-160 W/m·K, which can transfer heat from the brake system to the hub surface faster, and then quickly take it away through air flow. At the same time, the forged aluminum wheel is designed with multiple ventilation holes to quickly dissipate heat during driving. Therefore, in the case of continuous braking on a long downhill slope, the aluminum forged wheel can reduce the brake disc temperature by 15%-20%.
