Forged aluminum wheel spacer is a gasket used between the automobile wheel hub and the axle, made of aluminum alloy produced by forging process. Its main function is to change the offset of the wheel hub, thereby adjusting the distance between the wheel and the body.

High Strength
Forged aluminum wheel spacer is made of aviation-grade 6061-T6 aluminum alloy material, which is pressed and formed under thousands of tons of pressure by high-pressure forging process. The material density is about 20% higher than that of ordinary casting products, which makes the tensile strength of forged aluminum wheel hub gasket as high as 570 MPa, which is far better than the 250 MPa of cast aluminum gasket.
Precision Machining
Forged aluminum wheel spacer is processed by CNC with high precision, and the tolerance of wheel hub positioning hole is controlled within ±0.02mm, and the flatness error is less than 0.05mm, which is far better than general castings (±0.1mm or more). This high precision can effectively prevent the vehicle from shaking, tire eccentric wear or unstable braking during driving.
Corrosion Resistance
The surface of forged aluminum wheel spacer is anodized, and the thickness of the oxide layer reaches 10-15μm, which can prevent external corrosive media such as water vapor, sand, and salt from reacting with the internal metal. Compared with untreated bare aluminum or ordinary painted gaskets, forged aluminum wheel hub gaskets have a longer service life in coastal areas, high humidity environments or salt-sprayed roads in winter.
