Multifunctional Through Holes
The aluminum forging die is equipped with multiple standard through holes and side holes, which are convenient for integrating water cooling or exhaust systems, helping to keep the die temperature balanced. Therefore, after continuous forging of 1,000 pieces, the temperature difference on the die surface is controlled within ±6°C, which is better than the industry average.
Anti-adhesion Treatment
We use plasma nitriding to treat the die surface, which reduces the interface affinity between the die and aluminum. Therefore, under the same conditions, the probability of aluminum adhesion in our die is less than 2%, while the aluminum adhesion rate of ordinary die is as high as 8%.
High-precision Forming Capability
The aluminum forging mold is manufactured using a five-axis machining center, and the mold tolerance is controlled within ±0.01mm, ensuring that each forging has consistent size and precise shape, greatly improving the product's assembly accuracy and subsequent processing efficiency.
