High Conductivity
Forged copper coils use high-purity electrolytic copper (purity of 99.99%), and its conductivity can reach 58 MS/m, far exceeding the 50 MS/m of ordinary cast copper coils on the market. Higher conductivity means that under the same voltage and current conditions, the copper coils produce less energy loss and lower heat, thereby improving energy efficiency and service life.
High Strength
The forging process makes the internal structure of the metal denser by applying pressure evenly in multiple directions, thereby increasing the strength of the copper coil and making its tensile strength as high as 240 MPa, which is about 30% higher than that of cast products. This means that the copper coil is not prone to mechanical damage such as bending and cracking, and is suitable for high-load equipment such as high-pressure induction furnaces and electromagnetic induction equipment.
Smooth Surface
Forged copper coils are CNC-finished and polished in the finished product stage, and the surface roughness Ra can be controlled within 0.8μm. The smooth surface not only improves the aesthetics of the product, but also allows the copper coil and other metal parts to be connected more closely, thereby reducing the current resistance at the connection and reducing the possibility of local heating.
