High Strength
Carbon steel hinges are made of high-quality Q235 steel with a yield strength of up to 235MPa. This feature allows a single hinge to stably bear a load of 25kg to 40kg. Even if it is used to support heavy door panels for a long time, it can maintain structural stability and is not easy to deform or break.
Corrosion Resistance
The surface of our carbon steel hinges is galvanized with a zinc layer thickness of 8-12μm. The annual corrosion rate in the high-humidity coastal environment is less than 5μm, and the service life can reach more than 5 years, which is much higher than the hinges with ordinary spraying treatment.
High Processing Precision
We use CNC processing to control the axial clearance of each batch of hinges within the range of ±0.05mm, so that the hinges do not shake or deflect during opening and closing, and do not produce noise or jamming.
