The process flow of metal stamping dies mainly includes the following steps:

Product introduction and drawing design: First, according to product requirements, designers will create three-dimensional models and two-dimensional drawings of products to clarify parameters such as product size, shape and material. Next, mold design is carried out, including the drawing of product drawings, expansion drawings, processing drawings, and material strip drawings to ensure that the drawings are clear and standardized, and are effective after review and signature.
Mold selection and design: According to the shape and size of the product, select a suitable mold for stamping. The mold is usually made of high-precision and high-durability metal materials. When designing, it is necessary to consider the overall structure of the mold, the working part (such as punch, die, unloading plate, etc.), guide device, positioning device, unloading device, etc. During the design process, process parameter calculations such as blanking force, unloading force, push force, etc. are also required to ensure that the mold can operate stably during use.
Material preparation: According to the material requirements of the product, prepare the corresponding metal materials, and perform pre-treatment such as cutting and bending for stamping.

‌Stamping‌: Put the prepared metal material into the mold and use a press and other equipment to stamp it to form the required shape and size. This step includes cutting, punching, bending, drawing, forming and other processes.

‌Subsequent processing‌: After the stamping process is completed, the parts are cleaned, deburred, ground and other processes to improve the surface quality and precision of the product. Some products may also require surface treatments such as electroplating or spraying to enhance their rust resistance and aesthetics.
‌Inspection and packaging‌: The processed parts are inspected for appearance and size, and packaged after ensuring that they meet the requirements for easy transportation and sales.

Throughout the process, quality control at every link is crucial to ensure that the quality and performance of the final product meet the expected standards.
