The daily care of aluminum forging mainly includes the following aspects:
Storage environment: The environment for storing aluminum alloy castings should be kept dry, and the air humidity should be kept within 50% to avoid dust and environmental pollution.
Cleaning and maintenance: Use soft cloth, soft brush or soft duster to remove dust.
If washing is required, use distilled water or warmed neutral soap, and avoid using cleaning utensils such as ammonium hydroxide, acid, white powder or gauze.
Observe the changes of aluminum castings regularly. Once aluminum corrosion is found, it should be handled in time. Sodium sesquicarbonate (5% sodium carbonate + sodium bicarbonate) can be used for cleaning.
Chemical protection: Clean aluminum alloy castings can be protected with a layer of chemical protective agent or paraffin wax. Modern methods can use silicone sealant to avoid harmful substances and dampness.
Avoid mechanical damage: Avoid stacking aluminum alloy castings on each other to prevent mechanical damage.
